Abstract

<p>Stable S2 cells expressing wild and mutant (M1, M2, and M3) <i>HeT-A</i> Gag-FLAG protein were induced with CuSO<sub>4</sub>, plated on a cover slip and stained with anti-FLAG antibody. Untransfected S2 cells were used as control. In all four cells lines tested <i>HeT-A</i> Gag was localized to the nucleus.</p
