Kosakata Tanaman Obat Tradisional Masyarakat Melayu Sambas: Pendekatan Etnolinguistik

Malay dialect Sambas is one of the areas in the region of West Kalimantan, especially Sambas Regency. Malay community, especially in the district of Teluk Keramat still cultivate plants as traditional medicine that is processed by the local culture, so the naming vocabulary medicinal plants should be preserved and inventoried so that vocabulary is not extinct species of medicinal plants and remain beneficial for the community. Researchers used descriptive method with qualitative forms and approaches entholinguistic. This study managed to collect 127 vocabulary of traditional medicinal plants. Research on medicinal plants vocabulary is very interesting to do, because by examining this can add to the treasures of the plant, especially traditional medicinal plants
