<p>Estimation of prevalence of <i>P. neurophilia</i> in individual populations of eggs obtained by paired spawning of zebrafish. Prevalence is calculated using the maximum likelihood estimation method of Williams and Moffit <a href="http://www.plosone.org/article/info:doi/10.1371/journal.pone.0076064#pone.0076064-Williams3" target="_blank">[59]</a>.
