<p>Effects of exogenous application of hydrogen peroxide (H<sub>2</sub>O<sub>2</sub>) and nitric oxide (NO) and TMV inoculation on <i>TMV-cg</i> transcription in non-inoculated upper leaves of <i>Arabidopsis</i> plants. The non-inoculated upper leaves were pretreated with H<sub>2</sub>O<sub>2</sub> or SNP 12 hours before TMV inoculation. <i>TMV-cg</i> transcript levels were analyzed by real-time reverse-transcription polymerase chain reaction at 4 and 6 days post inoculation (dpi). The results are expressed as the mean ± SD, <i>n</i> = 4. The letters indicate significant differences between the treatments (<i>P</i>< 0.05).</p
