<p><b>[A]</b> Overview of random mutagenesis screen. Yeast strain CMY307 containing <i>P</i><sub><i>GAL1</i></sub>-regulated <i>HA-HTZ1</i> and <i>asf1∆</i> was transformed with a library of randomly mutated <i>htz1</i> alleles.
