siRNA for Jagged-2 inhibited proliferation of IEC-6 cells.

<p>Cells were plated onto 6-well plates. Inhibition of Jagged-2 with siRNA was carried out as mentioned above (see the Materials and Methods). <i>A</i>: After 48 h of culture, protein was extracted from IEC-6 cells plated on 6-well plates. Western blot analysis showed that siRNA for Jagged-2 downregulated protein expression of Jagged-2, NICD-1, and Hes-1 of IEC-6 cells compared with the si-NC or control group.
