<i>Tm-2²</i>-mediated resistance against TMV requires <i>NbMIP1s</i>.

<p>(<b>A</b>) Phenotype of <i>NbMIP1s</i>-silenced and TRV control <i>N. benthamiana</i> plants. <i>NbMIP1s</i>-silenced <i>N. benthamiana</i> plants developed dwarfed stems and crinkled leaves compared to TRV-infected control plants.
