<p>The content of the mentioned five resources, i.e. Enzymes, Interpro, Jochem, ChEBI and Species, against the terms contained in GP7 using exact matching and fuzzy matching that considers morphological variation. All comparisons only use the baseforms of the clusters in LexEBI (left part) or the term variants from different resources (right part). The measurements have been performed for the identification of complete terms in the resource and for the nestedness of GP7 terms in the terms of the other resources, i.e. “Identical” versus “Nestedness”, respectively.
