In 1984, a small group of architects and historians from Australia and New Zealand met in Adelaide to present research on the history and historiography of architecture. Since then, under the wing of the Society of Architectural historians, Australia and New Zealand (SAHANZ), these meetings have become one of the key architectural history conferences internationally.Shifting Views draws together a selection of writing from across twenty-five years of these conferences to provide a fascinating view into the region's architectural history discipline.
