<p>For each chromatin state, the following information is given: (i) the fraction of genes in this state in percent of the total number of genes classified in the four chromatin states, (ii) the density of genes per Mb, (iii) the median gene length in kb, (iv) the mean gene length in kb and (v) the fraction of the chromatin state covered by genes in percent. The number of genes taken into account are 12904 genes in C1, 4089 in C2, 2625 in C3 and 1199 in C4.</p
