<p>Lack of decorin expression in human bladder cancer cell lines is not due to DNA methylation of the decorin gene promoter. Methylation status of decorin isoforms (DCN A1, A2, B–E) in bladder cancer cell lines was studied with two different automated assays, MethylCap and MeDIP. In the figure are quantitative RT-PCR results for MethylCap assay showing % of DNA methylation enrichment versus Input DNA. In addition to decorin gene promoters, the results are shown for positive control TSH2B and negative control GAPDH.</p
