Antitumor activity of docetaxel treatment in combination with gefitinib and NS-398 on established PC-3M human prostate carcinoma xenografts in nude mice.

<p>Mice were injected in the dorsal flank with PC3M cells. After 7 days (average tumor size:0.2 cm³), mice were treated as described in the Materials and Methods section. Change in tumor volume was evaluated after exposure to Doc, gefitinib and NS-398 alone or in combination. Data are shown as means±SD.
