Compromised NK cell functions upon MPXV infection.

<p>Frequency of the expression of CD107a, IFN-γ, and TNF-α by different NK cell subsets from day 8-9 blood and LN samples is shown. Calculation of mean frequency of expression from control (dotted line) and MPXV-infected NHPs (solid line) was performed with Prism. Statistical analyses were permutation re-sampling tests with Bonferroni-adjusted P-values computed using R (**p<0.01).
