Increased Activity of Students Learning Method Using IPS Discussion Class IV SDN 34 Kuningan Sempatung. This study aimed to improve the learners' learning activities in class IV SDN 34 Brass Sempatung. The method used is descriptive method with qualitative approach. This research is a form of action research. Based on the results of the research in the first cycle and second cycle. In the first cycle of physical activity of students increased from 71% in the first cycle to 93% in the second cycle, the mental activity of learners from 50% in the first cycle to 86% in the second cycle, and emotional activity of 75% of students in the first cycle to 95% in the second cycle. This means that using the discussion method can improve learners' learning activities fourth grade at SDN 34 Kuningan Sempatung
