Intrauterine infusion of excessive non-toxic fluid (saline) at preimplantation caused decreased implantation sites in mice.

<p>Different volume of intrauterine fluid infusion (0 μl, 3 μl, 10μl and 20 μl) were performed on Day4 (08:30), the number of implantation sites were examined on Day6 (09:00) using blue dye reaction. Numbers of implantation were compared with untreated group. (*<i>P</i> < 0.05, **<i>P</i> < 0.01, <i>t</i> test, Error bars represent S.E.M) Numbers in the bars mean number of mice used in each group.
