PAI-1 inhibition increases PI(3)K activity, cGMP production and improves migration.

<p>(<b>a</b>) PI3 kinase activity was measured in non-diabetic CD34⁺ cells by measuring the amount of PI(3–5) P₃ produced from PI(4,5) P₂ following PAI-1 inhibition. The amount of product produced was measured by ELISA. The bar graph is representative of 3 separate experiments.
