Locomotor activity and exploration in the holeboard test.

<p>Locomotor and explorative activity was registered in the holeboard test on pnd 46 for male and female animals administered with vehicle (Vh) or increasing doses of THC (2.5, 5 and 10 mg/kg) from pnd 28 to 45, and with saline (Sal) or MDMA (10 mg/kg twice daily) every 5 day from pnd 30 (until pnd 45).
