Effect of chronic exposure of mice to NNK on the level of expression of THTR-1 and THTR-2 proteins in primary pancreatic acinar cells.

<p>Western blot analysis was done using pancreatic acinar whole cell proteins (60 µg) isolated from chronic NNK exposed mice and their pair-fed controls. A and B: blots were incubated with goat polyclonal THTR-1 and THTR-2 antibody respectively.
