Generating Tenascin-C-CreER2 Mice.

<p>(a) Targeting strategy. The targeting construct has a 4 kb 5′ arm that locates immediately upstream of the tenascin-C gene ATG, an inducible CreER2, IRES-EGFP reporter, a PGK neo selection cassette flanked by FRT and a 2 kb 3′ arm that locates after exon2. (b) Southern blots show four targeted ES cell clones that give expected hybridization patterns (See Materials and Methods section for details). 5′ probe and 3′ probe are indicated in (a).
