<p>(A) OVA sensitization and challenge protocol. WT and <i>OGR1</i><sup><i>-/-</i></sup> mice were sensitized by i.p. injection of OVA/alum and challenged by OVA aerosol (triangle). To nonsensitized mice, PBS was injected and inhaled (circle). AHR to the inhaled methacholine was assessed by changes in noninvasive Penh (B) and dynamic resistance (C) 48 h after the last antigen exposure.
