Effects of SAHA on apoptosis in ovarian carcinoma cells.

<p>Flow cytometric analyses(n=3) of ovarian cell-line pairs after Annexin IV staining showing that compared to negative controls, SAHA exposure results in higher levels of apoptosis in SKOV3 (<b>A</b>), SKOV3/DDP (<b>B</b>), HO8910 (<b>C</b>) and HO8910-PM (<b>D</b>) cells in a concentration-dependent manner.
