Effects of SAHA on the cell cycle of ovarian carcinoma cells.

<p>Flow cytometric analyses(n=3) of ovarian cell-line pairs after PI staining showing that SAHA treatment induces S/G₂ arrest in SKOV3 (<b>A</b>) and SKOV3/DDP (<b>B</b>) cells; but conversely, induces G₁ arrest in HO8910 (<b>C</b>) and HO8910-PM (<b>D</b>) cells.
