<p>(A) Representative filters showing wild-type, <i>Pro<sub>35S</sub>:ARR22:HA</i>, and <i>Pro<sub>35S</sub>:ARR22<sup>D74N</sup>:HA</i> transgenic <i>Arabidopsis</i> plants subjected to dehydration stress tolerance assays. The number indicated beside the filter is the number of plants that survived after recovery process of 25 initial seedlings. Seedlings were grown for 9 d and incubated with 10 µM DEX or mock for an additional 5 d. The DEX or mock-treated plants were dehydrated on filter paper for 3 h and 40 min and allowed to recover with 2 ml of sterile distilled-water for 3 d. Plants surviving after recovery were counted.
