<p>Data were shown as the ratio of phosphorylated and non-phosphorylated kinase levels. Levels of p-ERK1/2 in all areas were higher in mdx mice than in C57BL/10 mice at both 4 and 12 weeks (<b>a</b>–<b>c</b>). No differences in the phosphorylation levels of JNK1 or JNK2 between mdx and C57BL/10 mice were observed (<b>d</b>–<b>f</b>). The level of phosphorylated p38 MAPK (p-p38) also showed no difference between mdx and C57BL/10 mice (<b>g</b>–<b>i</b>). All values are the mean ± SD. *<i>p</i> < 0.05, **<i>p</i> < 0.01.</p
