Basophil activation assays.

<p>Percentage of activated basophils (CD63⁺CD123⁺CD203c⁺HLA-DR^low) after stimulation with OM and dOM at concentrations between 10 to 0.01 μg/mL. PBMCs from 6 egg-tolerant adult donors were passively sensitized with a pool of sera from 5 children with egg allergy (patients 1, 3, 5, 7 and 9, <a href="http://www.plosone.org/article/info:doi/10.1371/journal.pone.0080810#pone-0080810-t001" target="_blank">Table 1</a>).
