<p>There were no differences in resting levels between the RE and RVE group for MMP-9, VEGF and Endostatin (<i>P</i>>0.68). After the 6-week training intervention, the RVE group had significantly higher MMP-2 levels compared to the RE group (<sup>###</sup><i>P</i><0.001).
