Flow cytometry analysis of hRhAG and hRh protein expression in MEL-C88 transfected cells.

<p>hRhAG can be expressed alone in a mouse erythroid context, but RhD or Rhce require the presence of hRhAG. (<b>A</b>) hRhAG expression in transient and stable transfections under the control of EF1-α promoter or of the β-globin promoter and enhancer.
