Total RNA was isolated from neurons obtained from mESC neural differentiation 3 days after CA disaggregation. Gene expression was normalized to <i>Gapdh</i> expression in each condition and expressed relative to the corresponding level in untreated controls. <i>Green </i><i>bars</i> represent pluripotency markers; <i>blue </i><i>bars</i>, neural markers; <i>orange </i><i>bars</i>, neurotrophins; <i>pink </i><i>bars</i>, transcription factors; and <i>yellow </i><i>bars</i>, glutamate receptors subunits and vesicular glutamate transporters.
