Gene expression pattern of neurons obtained from mESC neural differentiation 3 days after CA disaggregation.

<p>Total RNA was isolated from neurons obtained from mESC neural differentiation 3 days after CA disaggregation. Gene expression was normalized to <i>Gapdh</i> expression. The oligonucleotides used for amplification are described in <a href="http://www.plosone.org/article/info:doi/10.1371/journal.pone.0080558#pone.0080558.s003" target="_blank">Table S1</a>. Gene expression was analyzed by qRT-PCR for, (<b>A</b>), pluripotency markers Nanog, Oct4, Sox2, Gdf3; (<b>B</b>), for neural markers; and (<b>C</b>), for glutamate receptors subunits and vesicular glutamate transporters. The data shown are the mean ± SEM from three independent determinations.
