<p>(<b>A</b> to <b>C</b>): Splenocytes harvested from either α7+/+ (white bars) or α7−/− (black bars) male to female donor-recipient combinations were stimulated in mixed lymphocyte reactions with α7nAchR-matched female or male splenocytes.
