Univariate survival analysis in GBM stratified by SAMSN1 expression based on the TCGA data as determined by Kaplan-Meier estimates.

<p>523 GBM cases with full data of both clinical and SAMSN1 gene expression was downloaded from the TCGA website. Kaplan-Meier estimates (log-rank test) were made and found SAMSN1 expression was significantly affect the prognosis of GBM in both PFS and OS (p<0.05).
