Correlation of HIV diversity and continuous demographic and clinical factors.

<p>The table shows Spearman correlation coefficients (P values) based on ranks of continuous baseline demographic and clinical characteristics and HRM scores. CD4 and HIV-1 RNA were obtained at time of study enrollment and age was obtained at the time of randomization. HRM scores were obtained for six regions of the HIV genome (see <a href="http://www.plosone.org/article/info:doi/10.1371/journal.pone.0081213#s2" target="_blank">Methods</a>); analyses were also performed for the mean (MEAN) and median (MED) of all six HRM scores.
