<p>Effect of SP600125 (10 µM) and 10074-G5 (10 µM) on FABP4 (120 ng/ml)-induced HCASMC proliferation at 24 h and on cell migration at 6 h. The results are expressed as mean±SEM of three separate experiments run at least in triplicate. *p<0.05 vs unstimulated cells; #p<0.05 vs FABP4-stimulated cells.
