The TcpB mutant displays altered growth in macrophages.

<p>RAW264.7 macrophages were infected with wild type (<i>B. mel</i>, black) or TcpB mutant <i>Brucella</i> (ΔTcpB, gray). Select TcpB mutant cultures were also pre-treated with tunicamycin at 0.01 µg/mL (dashed lines).
