<p>Protein expression profile of LNCaP 104-S, 104-R1, and 104-R2 cells treated with 0, 0.1, or 10 nM R1881 for 96 hours as well as in DU-145 and PC-3 cells in the absence of androgen assayed in <a href="http://www.plosone.org/article/info:doi/10.1371/journal.pone.0082625#pone-0082625-g003" target="_blank">Figure 3 and Figure 4</a> was combined and generated into two heat map diagrams using Cluster 3.0 TreeView (<u><a href="http://genome-www.standford.edu" target="_blank">http://genome-www.standford.edu</a></u>). Red and green color represents the increase and decrease of protein abundance, respectively. Brighter color indicates larger change of protein abundance. </p
