Effects of FA on LPS-induced nuclear translocation of NF-κB p65 in human JEG-3 cells.

<p>Human trophoblast-derived cells (JEG-3 cells) were pretreated with FA (40 μg/mL) for 1 h and then stimulated by LPS (2 μg/mL) for 2 h. Nuclear NF-κB p65 was determined by immunoblot.
