Western blot analysis of G10 (EPSPS) expression in transgenic T0×Zheng-58 plants.

<p>The T0×Zheng-58 transgenic corn plants of R450-58 were cultured in a greenhouse and sprayed with 60 mg/L nicosulfuron (upper panel) or 4 g/L glyphosate (lower panel).
