<p>(A) BMSCs were treated with or without 10 ng/ml VEGF for 24 h. Relative ICAM-1 and VCAM-1 mRNA expression levels were determined by RT-PCR. Values of mRNA amounts were normalized to GAPDH expression and expressed relative to control (n=6). Error bars represent SEM (* P<0.05).
