p-TBK1 localization in response to HSV-1 infection.

<p>HeLa (A), HepG2 (B), mouse hepatocyte (C), and T-23 (D) cells were infected with HSV-1 for 24 h. Cells were fixed and stained with Mitotracker Red and anti-p-TBK1 antibody. Histograms display the measured fluorescence intensity along the white line in the merged panels. Colocalization coefficients of p-TBK1 to mitochondria are shown (E).
