<p>(A) Ingenuity Systems Pathway Analysis (IPA) software was used to determine the highest biologically active functions in the NB10 cell phosphoproteome. (B) IPA software was also used to determine canonical pathways highly represented in the NB10 phosphoproteome. Phosphopeptides found to be relatively overexpressed in the NB10 cell line compared to the NPC cell line were analyzed.</p
