GAB2 does not confer nilotinib resistance in SUP-B15 cells.

<p>(A) Expression of GAB2 and p-GAB2 proteins in JURL-MK2 and SUP-B15 cells was analyzed by Western blot. GAPDH levels served as a loading control. (B) JURL-MK2 and SUP-B15 cells were treated with different concentrations of nilotinib or BEZ235 as indicated for 6 h. P-GAB2, GAB2, p-CrkL and CrkL expression were determined by Western blot. (C) GAB2 was knocked down in JURL-MK2 and SUP-B15 cells by siRNA inhibition as described in Materials and Methods.
