<p>(A) A genetic dissection study of sphingolipid biosynthetic pathway shows that glial knockdown of <i>Spt-I</i>, <i>schlank</i>, <i>Des1</i> and <i>Pect</i> result in swelling and wrapping defects (<i>repo-GAL4</i>) similar to the <i>lace</i> phenotype.
