<p>(A) Invasive or non-invasive <i>Salmonella</i> strains (4x10<sup>7</sup> CFU in PBS) were injected into exteriorised intestinal ligated loops of WT mice. Four hours later mucosal RNA was isolated and Ang4 mRNA expression analysed by qPCR.
