<p>BMDCs were stimulated with SWAP, SEA, Pam3CSK4 and a blank control. The level of IFN-γ(A), IL-10(C) and the ratio of IFN-γ/IL-10(E) produced by naïve CD4⁺T cells primed by TLR2^−/−-BMDCs or B6 BMDCs. The level of IFN-γ(B), IL-10(D) and the ratio of IFN-γ/IL-10(F) produced by naïve CD4⁺T cells primed by B6 BMDCs pretreated with αPD-L2 antibody.
