<p>BMDM isolated from <i>Ldlr<sup>−/−</sup></i> or <i>Ldlr<sup>−/−/</sup>Tlr4<sup>−/−</sup></i> (<b>A</b> and <b>B</b>) and WT or <i>Syk<sup>−/−</sup></i> (<b>C</b> and <b>D</b>) mice were incubated with 10 µg/ml AA-CE or BEP-CE for 15 min to detect ERK1/2 phosphorylation (<b>A</b> and <b>C</b>) or for 6 hours to measure secreted CXCL2 (<b>B</b> and <b>D</b>).
