<p>The table shows results from two cohorts as well as the combined dataset. Cohort 1 was collected from the beginning of 2008 to the middle of 2010 and cohort 2 from mid 2010 to the end of 2012. The last two columns show the means, or where appropriate the percentages (%), of each clinical feature for the combined data set. ‘Dysthymia’ refers to MDD cases with dysthymia and ‘No dysthymia’ refers to MDD without dysthymia.
