The results of investigation of aphyllophoroid fungi (Basidiomycota) diversity in Stanychno-Luhanske branch of Luhansk Nature Reserve (Ukraine, Luhansk administrative region, steppe natural zone) are presented. One hundred and forty species of aphyllophoroid fungi were revealed by us there in 2010. Out of them 127 species are firstly reported for Stanychno-Luhanske branch, as well as for the whole Luhansk Nature Reserve. The records of 17 species are new for Starobilsk cereal-meadow Steppe mycofloristical district and the entire steppe zone of Ukraine, and 15 species are revealed for the first time in Ukraine.
