<p>Schematic table summarizing our experimental data of CRM activity for pMad-Tin CRMs, which display tissue-specific sensitivity to motif organisation (spacing, orientation) in different tissues: amnioserosa (AS), visceral mesoderm (VM) and heart (H). The effect is not always an on-off switch, but can produce a range of responses (depicted with differential strength of check marks), which affects robustness of CRM activity.</p
