Effect of DNA synthesis inhibition on <i>Tktl1</i> transcriptional activity in two-cell-stage embryos.

<p>Transcription of p<i>Tktl1-2467+25</i> was measured in embryos in which DNA synthesis was inhibited by treatment with aphidicolin.
