Efficacy of 2B3-101: Inhibition of brain tumor growth and increased survival of mice with experimental brain tumors.

<p>Animals received twice-weekly IV administrations of saline (n = 14), 2B3-101 (n = 10), or pegylated liposomal doxorubicin (PEG-lipo-DOX; n = 10), all at 5 mg/kg doxorubicin equivalents.
